Based in Ocean Grove, we serve small businesses across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, and the Surf Coast with managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, and hands-on tech support.

The business was founded by Isaac, who brings over five years of experience delivering managed IT services to security-focused clients in healthcare and professional services. Before starting Better Networks, Isaac worked as an IT consultant supporting medical clinics, law firms, architects, and engineering practices - managing everything from Azure cloud migrations and Microsoft 365 environments to multi-site network deployments across Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco, and Ubiquiti hardware.

That background in regulated industries means we understand compliance, data protection, and the real-world IT challenges that small businesses face. We bring enterprise-level thinking to every engagement, whether it's a single workstation repair or a full infrastructure overhaul.
